たしかに炭火で焼いてるし
秘伝のタレみたいのがお店それぞれにあって特別感はある。

だが、焼肉屋でもBBQでも状況は同じじゃないのか？？？

うーん。

焼き鳥が僕の頭を悩ませる。
串が刺さって風情があるから？
サイズがいい感じだから？

いまだに正解は見つからない。
僕はまだ道の途中みたいだ。
