いつもより早く起きて
朝シャワーを浴びた。

連日の猛暑日のせいか
朝起きた時には
体が少しべた付いているように感じたからだ。

シャワーを浴びながら
Lights Followの
“Slow Down”
をBGMにして
体を洗い流す。

心も体もスッキリした状態で
カンカン照りの外に
一歩目を踏み出す。

あーーーー最高💪

I got up early more than usual,and I took a shower!!!

These days,it was so hot,
when I get up,I was sweating.

I listened “Slow Down” of Lights Follow with taking a shower.

My condition is so clean,and I hung out today too!!!!
