僕も日々あの一言いらなかったなーとかこう言ってあげればよかっなーとか振り返ることもある。

口先だけで信頼は得られるものではなく行動もセットでその人が形作られる。

たとえ冗談だとしてもたった一言でその人の印象をがらっと変えてしまうこともある。

そんな話を友達から聞いた。
