サウナ🧖‍♂️

サウナ

ジリジリと熱気が密集する部屋でじっとする。
ふと体に目をやると
ポツリポツリと滴り落ちる
雫がまるで魚の鱗のように
体にくっついている。

僕はサウナが大好きだ。

熱気部屋をでて、体を流し
キンキンの水風呂に入る。

疲れ切った身体に染み渡るように
冷気が心臓に届き
鼓動を速くする。

水風呂を上がり外に出ると
体から湯気をあげ、
自分が蒸気で動いているかのように錯覚する。

リクライニングができるイスに腰掛け、ゆったりとした音楽を聴きながら目を閉じる。

これが僕のサウナのルーティン。

Sauna

I stay still in the room that there is heart.

Dropping my sight to my body,sweat is frowning.
As if fish’s scale,it stick my body.

I love sauna!!!

I get out the room wrapped in heat and I wash it,
I enter the cold water.

Cold reaches my heart to spread tired body,my heart’s beating is fast.

I go outside,it steams from my body,as if I move by vapor.

I sit down recycling chair,I listen the heeling music and close my eyes.

This is the routine.
