チャーシュー作り🥓

最近手料理にハマりつつある
俺がチャーシューづくりに挑戦した。

材料は至って簡単。
豚肉塊
にんにく
しょうが
長ネギ
醤油
みりん
砂糖

これらをてきとーに入れて
いい感じに煮詰める。

そこにチャーシューをいれて
じっくりことこと煮込む。

黒胡椒を効かせて
いい感じのスパイスを
入れたら完成っ👍👍👍

初めてにしては
上出来だったと思う！
個人的にはもう少し
しょっぺーのが好き。

彼女が来た時
作ってあげるぞ👍👍👍

Making roasted pork fillets 🥓

Recently,I wan into cooking and I made roasted pork fillets tonight.

The stuff is simple and easy.
Pork
Garrick
Ginger
Spring onion
Soy sauce
Sake
Sugar

It mixed in these of good amount,and boil down in pot.

After that,the main put in the pot,and keep boiling.

Sprinkle a little block pepper.
That’s all👍👍👍

It was first time for me,but it was so good 👍

Especially,I would say it is more better it is more spicy.

When she will come here,
I wanna make it😊
