鼻水🤧

慢性鼻炎は辛いシーズンが
やってきた。

朝起きてから鼻水が滝のように
流れ出てくる時がある。
薬を欠かさず飲んではいるのだがどーもこの時期は。。。

寝てる時も鼻が詰まり
口で息をするからか
喉が朝痛くなる。

これが負のスパイラルと
いうものなのか。

そんなブログを書きながら
鼻水をかんだ。
ティッシュの減りが早くなったのと同時に
冬の到来を感じた。

Runny nose🤧

It comes strict season for having chronic rhinitis.

When I woke up,that’s like waterfall I had runny nose.
It is possible to do best to handle that.
But this season is….

When I was sleeping,I breathed from mouth,so I always have a sore pain.

This is minus spiral…

I blowed my nose with writing this blog.
I felt that tissue runs out quickly in the same time it was winter.
