先輩としての立ち振る舞い。👍

職場に新しい子が入ってきた。
日本では日本語で簡潔に
物事を教えられるのだが、
英語になるとこれまた難しい気持ちもする。

どんな感じでいればいいか
あんまりわからなかった。

色んな国の人たちが
一斉に働くわけで
それぞれの国の働き方や考え方もさまざまであるに違いないだろう。

なるべくその人が楽しいと
思えるような環境にできるように頑張っていきたい！👍
