僕はキャディーの
仕事をしている。
勿論毎回違うお客さまを
おもてなしするわけだが、

私は全員の顔と
名前を一致させて
初めからお名前で
呼ぶことを心がけている。

心理学のテクニックらしいが
名前で人を呼ぶと信頼が生まれるそうだ！

お客さま！と単に呼ぶのではなく、その人その人に合わせた
お名前と声かけをすることで
信頼が生まれ、
話しやすくなる！

身をもって名前を覚えることが
重要だと感じた😊

これからもどんな現場でも
初対面の人の名前を覚えることを大切にしよう

I work for caddy.
You know that I care difference customers every time.

I always cherish to remember names of all customers.
And I surely call name of them!

This is the technic of psychology!!!
It makes good relationships to call names.

I don’t just call “Customers”,
I call out “customer’s name and words”.
That is important for caddy working.

I felt that when I call their name,I unravel them.

I think should remember names them.
And I gonna do it from now on.
