早起き。

早起きは三文の徳。
早起きをすれば少しであるが
徳をすることがある
という意味で使われる。

三文は現在で言うと
50円から100円ほどの価値がある。

朝早く起きるだけで
それだけの価値があると思うと
僕はすごいと思う。

具体的に自分が早く起きて
良かったと思う点を考えてみると

・1日が長く感じ時間を有効活用できる。
・夜早く眠くなり良い睡眠が取れる。
・朝から活動するので快適な１日を過ごせる。

365日早起きをしたら
365×50=18250円
も変わってくる。

時間は人間に与えられた
唯一平等のものだ。

人と差をつけるなら
時間の使い方。

今後も早起き頑張ろう。
